Responsibilities
- Responsible for HVAC professional drawings and construction technology local compliance review.
- Preparation of HVAC professional construction plan, technical disclosure, and on-site quality management.
- Skilled use of CAD, draw changes and modifications, complete as-built drawings.
- Review the subcontract monthly completed project quantity.
- Accounting drawings and materials and submitting procurement plans.
- Material inspection, data submission.
- Managed the subcontracting team and coordinated the construction work.
- Construction quality inspection, timely process control.
- Solve technical problems in construction.
- Timely report major problems in HVAC profession.
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree, major equivalent
- 2-year experience in preferred.
