As a General Indoor Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of indoor spaces, including but not limited to offices, commercial buildings, residential complexes, and other facilities. Your primary objective is to maintain a hygienic and organized environment, contributing to the well-being and satisfaction of occupants or visitors.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Cleaning Tasks: Perform various cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing surfaces.
  2. Sanitization: Ensure thorough sanitization of surfaces, including door handles, switches, desks, and other frequently touched areas, using appropriate cleaning agents.
  3. Waste Management: Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables in designated containers, ensuring compliance with waste management regulations and guidelines.
  4. Restroom Maintenance: Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and towels, and ensure a tidy and hygienic environment.
  5. Surface Maintenance: Clean windows, mirrors, glass surfaces, and other fixtures to maintain cleanliness and visibility.
  6. Floor Care: Maintain the cleanliness of floors by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming, and perform periodic tasks such as waxing and buffing to preserve floor quality.
  7. Inventory Management: Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment inventory, notify supervisors of replenishment needs, and ensure the proper storage and handling of cleaning chemicals.
  8. Adherence to Safety Protocols: Follow established safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries, including the safe handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  9. Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulations, including those related to health, safety, and sanitation standards.


Job Title: Bin Collector


As a Bin Collector, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in public areas by collecting and disposing of waste and recyclables. Working primarily outdoors, you will ensure that bins and containers are emptied regularly and that waste is properly managed in accordance with environmental regulations and company policies.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Bin Collection: Empty waste and recycling bins from designated collection points, including residential areas, commercial districts, parks, and public spaces, according to assigned routes and schedules.
  2. Sorting and Segregation: Separate recyclable materials from general waste, ensuring proper disposal and adherence to recycling guidelines and regulations.
  3. Loading and Transport: Load collected waste and recyclables onto collection vehicles safely and efficiently, utilizing appropriate lifting and handling techniques to prevent injury and damage.
  4. Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance checks on collection vehicles, including inspection of fluid levels, tire pressure, and mechanical components, and report any issues or concerns to supervisors promptly.
  5. Route Optimization: Plan and optimize collection routes to maximize efficiency and minimize travel time and fuel consumption, taking into account factors such as traffic patterns, collection volumes, and geographic considerations.
  6. Customer Service: Interact with residents, business owners, and members of the public in a courteous and professional manner, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests related to waste collection services.
  7. Compliance: Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, waste management policies, and safety protocols governing waste collection and disposal operations.
  8. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of collection activities, including the volume and type of waste collected, route completion times, and any incidents or issues encountered during collection operations.
