Job Scope
- Handle daily processing and shipment co-ordination
- Communicate and follow up with customers on their shipment status
- Liaise with customers and vendors
- To provide support to customers in order to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and retention
- Work closely with internal operations to meet customers’ requirements
- Ensure prompt arrangement of cargoes
- Requirement
- GCE ‘O’ Level and above
- 2 – 4 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in monitoring vessel movements, shipyard deliveries will be advantage
