Responsibilities:
- Undertake BIM Modeling for Electrical or M&E Services / Architectural purposes in collaboration with the BIM Coordinator/ Design Engineers, utilizing Revit to develop a detailed Electrical 3D BIM Model for Coordination and Collaboration.
- Ensure the accuracy of construction documents, parameters, and information within the BIM Model.
- Adhere strictly to the BIM Execution Plan and project workflow criteria.
- Comply with BIM standards, deliverables, and required Level of Development (LOD) throughout the project.
- Generate shop drawings for approval and prepare drawings and 3D models for construction, coordination, and as-built purposes.
- Address and incorporate Consultant & Client feedback for resubmission and approval.
- Adapt and revise designs as per site condition changes.
- Develop Electrical Families based on equipment and material specialties, adhering to specified parameters.
- Execute assigned responsibilities from the BIM Coordinator/Design Engineer.
- Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing other BIM Modeling Tools essential for the project.
- Take charge of Clash Detection for Architectural & Structural aspects and produce relevant reports.
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Civil/ Architectural Engineering
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience in BIM.
- Must be proficient in BIM, Revit MEP, AutoCad and MS Office.
- Able to read and interpret drawings.
- Positive working attitude and a good team player.
- Certificate for Revit MEP course Certificate or knowledge in Navisworks will be an advantage.
