Responsibilities:
- Ensure staff adherence to operational processes.
- Address day-to-day operational issues promptly.
- Prepare reports and delegate tasks to team members.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and enforce proper housekeeping standards.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies.
- Verify petty cash transactions and supplier invoices.
- Authorize overtime as needed.
Requirements:
- Preferably 2 years of related experience
- Good in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, VBA)
- Experience in using and creating operations dashboards (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau) is an added advantage
- Able to communicate effectively with internal / external customers
