SuperGenius Preschool is inviting dynamic and self-driven individuals to lead our teams at the Bedok and Punggol campuses. The Principal will take on a pivotal role in providing leadership, mentoring staff, and crafting strategic plans that foster a supportive and professional learning environment. Our Principals are crucial in shaping a nurturing and innovative atmosphere that allows children and staff to flourish.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee the professional development pathways for teachers.
• Provide guidance in the implementation of our holistic and inquiry-based curriculum that emphasizes cognitive and emotional growth.
• Seamlessly integrate the organization’s mission, vision, and core values into curricula and programs at the Center.
• Enhance and maintain the school's high-quality image among parents and the community.
• Manage operational and administrative responsibilities to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

• Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Leadership (ADECL) or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years in a relevant leadership role.
• Proficiency in ECDA licensing and SPARK accreditation processes.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Driven by a passion to make a significant impact in early childhood education, shaping future generations with innovation and care.
