· Position: Student and Academic Services Manager (Academic Affairs)
· Location: Pasir Panjang
· Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30pm - 6pm)
· Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,000 + Performance bonus

Main Responsibilities:
· Prepare and maintain sessional academic staff teaching agreements
· Organise and maintain academic staff contact details, network accounts and systems access
· Assist in planning and organising Professional Development workshops for academic staff
· Manage students’ record and update students’ status on Student Management systems to ensure accuracy of record and academic status
· Advise students on course requirements

· Advise students on course requirements
· Assist in the planning of units offering for each study period for all programs
· Support the class monitoring process to ensure they are taking place in accordance with the timetable and keep records of any changes
· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
· Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
· Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in any discipline
· At least 2 years of experience in managing teams in a similar capacity
· Experience in academic administration and/or programme management, preferably in higher education would be an advantage
