· Position: Project Coordinator
· Location: Tai Seng
· Working hours: Monday to Saturday (9.30am - 6.30pm)
· Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,000 + Performance Bonus

Main Responsibilities:
· Support Project Manager in project implementation
· Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work
· Responsible in counter checking details in drawings for correct dimensions, orientation, alignment upon project executions
· Supervise and lead work of sub-contractors and in-house workers
· Work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule
· Ensure installation is carried out as per drawings and approved specifications
· Monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers
· Ensure site safety and ensure that all safety requirements are enforced
· Keep and maintain proper and updated site records on progress of work and report to Project Manager
· Plan and organize manpower or resources allocation
· Perform other duties and tasks as assigned
Requirements:
· Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
· Diploma or above in Construction Management / Building Studies / Engineering / Architecture related disciplines
· At least 3 years of relevant working experience
· Possess Class 2/2A/2B/3 driving license and own vehicle
