The HR Acquisition, Executive will be responsible for supporting the HR Acquisition team in the recruitment and acquisition of new employees. He/she will assist in managing the full recruitment life cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. The position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can work independently and collaboratively to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
· Assist in managing the full recruitment cycle for open positions including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
· Conduct initial screenings of resumes and applications to determine candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions.
· Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
· Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential candidates.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.
· Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintain candidate files and tracking recruitment metrics.
· Assist in organizing and attending job fairs and other recruitment events.
· Collaborate with HR team members to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.
Training available for applicants without relevant certificates and experience but comes with great working attitude and ethics.
