Requirements:
- Proven experience in kitchen setting
- Has knowledge and skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and Western / Asian cuisine
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Must be able to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts
