Support yearly financial audit for Singapore office, to prepare audit schedules (as following) and attend queries from the auditors:
- Accounts receivable schedules for completed and on-going projects
- Completed projects listing
- Fixed assets schedule and listing.
- Summary of currecy report.
- Payroll reconciliation
- Operating expenses (office & projects) extraction for the financial year.
- Cost of sales breakdown for the financial year.
- Accrual listing (on-going projects) breakdown for the financial year.
- Maintain adjustment listing and account all adjustments into the management accounts.
- Standard forms and confirmations preparation.
- Support yearly financial audit for other entities, to prepare standard forms, confirmation preparation and attend queries from the auditors.
- Any other financial audit related tasks
Requirements:
- Intermediate knowledge in accounting.
- Familiar with SFRS.
- Well organised, meticulous and detail-oriented.
- Experience in working on audit schedules preparation.
- Able to join as soon as possible and to commit 2 to 3 months
