Responsibilities:
• Responsible for quality management of the Delivery and Service business, ensure the rollout, operation, and optimization of the quality management system of the department and make continuous improvement.
• Responsible for the development and optimization process of the rep office and the compliance of the rep office with relevant processes.
• Take charge of the internal control of the service and delivery business, and the process and quality cultural construction.
• Assist process owners in fulfilling process internal controls responsibilities and help the process owners build and maintain the process internal controls system.
• Reduce process internal control risks and drive improvement of the internal control maturity towards the target by conducting process management, process operation, risk and control management, process performance management, and communication and training programs.
• Risk and control management: Take the primary responsibility for business control and data control and be answerable for audit results.
• Performance management: Manage process performance by assessing results against objectives, evaluating gaps, and taking measures to eliminate the gaps.
• Communication and training: Clearly communicate the purpose of vertical process management and E2E process setup to process leaders and employees in all regions and countries. Ensure that process users have acquired the necessary knowledge about processes.
• Regularly analyze the business status and send the report timely.
Requirements:
• Min. of Diploma/ Degree in Engineering / telecommunication Engineering
• With 5 year of relevant working experience, specialize in internal control management.
• Responsible, well organized and self-personal skills
• Capacity to adapt to a fast changing environment; continuous learning
• Capability to work under pressure.
• Problem solving capabilities, ability to push things to an end.
