Responsibilities:
- Welcomes guests warmly.
- Handles guests orders for dine-in, takeaway and the online shop.
- Prepares drinks, maintaining consistent quality.
- Serves food and drinks accurately and promptly.
- Manages the POS system.
- Highlights customer’s dietary needs.
- Maintains cleanliness of work area and shop.
- Completes any ad hoc tasks assigned.
