- Carry out Calibration in accordance to Work Instruction and Repair functions in Service Lab
- Perform troubleshooting
- Assist customer on technical issue when need arises
- Provide In-House Training, Demonstration and software downloading to Walk-In customer when required
- Understand ISO17025 standard and can assist on documentation for Service Lab
- At least Diploma in Electronic or equivalent
- Min 3 year experience in component board level trouble shooting and repair
- Ability to work with variety of electronic test equipment, hand tools and soldering devices
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Good team player
- 5 working day per week
