Position : Personnel Officer, Manpower Branch, Traffic Police – Contract (2 Years)
Job Description
• Data entry: Input, update, and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, dispatching, and record-keeping.
• Collate returns and liaise with different stakeholders on HR related matters.
• Assist in the drafting of submissions to update or seek approval from management.
• Assist in organising HR events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities, etc.
• Any other administrative and/or support roles as requested by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
• Diploma in any field. Salary ranges from $2,500 - $2,750 per month depending on relevant working experience.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. (Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access will be assessed favourably.)
• Meticulous and independent worker who is able to carry out responsibilities with minimum supervision
