Position : Manager – SCE Service Excellence


Salary : S$3,800 per month - (Degree with at least 2 years of work experience)

(Diploma with at least 6 years of work experience)


Contract period – Immediate (1 year)

• Temporary staff who worked for 3 months or more are entitled to benefits.

• Total duration for engagement of temporary staff is capped at one year.


Working hours :

Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 6pm, Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm (with one hour lunch break)


Job scope:

  • SE requires the support of temporary staff for the team in view of staff movement and the high number of complex cases especially appeal cases for financial support received, largely through MPs.
  • •Currently the team is temporarily boosted by two interns from PSD-ITE programme who will soon end their internship by May/Jun 2024, and the temporary staff will be needed to provide continuity for case management.

Job Requirements :

•National Patient Experience Survey

•Case Management - Handling of Simple-Tier 2 complex public queries in support of the SE team that manages all Complex and Simple-Tier 2 cases

•Project administrative matters, and other adhoc duties to support SC
