JOB MISSION:
To control the flow of stock, monitoring and ensuring the process for movement and storage of incoming and outgoing goods runs efficiently and safely.
MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS:
· Perform & account for physical receipt of materials from suppliers/vendors.
· Perform sampling, labelling of incoming materials & put away to designated storage.
· To liaise operation between production, 3PL or other departments as & when required.
· Prepare & execute timely outbound deliveries.
· Ensure to carry out timely & accurate system inventory transactions.
· Assist with loading/unloading & stuffing/unstuffing of deliveries/collections.
· Packing & palletize of finish goods accordingly to the shipment PL.
· Maintain good cleanliness, housekeeping & workplace safety awareness.
· Compliance of rules & regulations stated by the organization.
· Perform cycle count/stock take if required.
· Perform any other ad-hoc duties assign by the superior.
Requirement
- At least a GCE N/O Level with minimum 1 year of working experience in warehouse or relevant industry.
- Must possess a valid forklift licence & able to operate reach truck/stacker.
- Knowledge of basic computer, emails, proficient in SAP is an added advantage.
- Proficient in spoken & written English.
- Independent & a team player.
- Physically fit to carry out lifting, stacking, pushing & material handling functions.
- IATA dangerous goods certificate is an added advantage(Optional).
