We are looking for someone to take good care of our dental patients :
· Identify and address patient’s concerns
· Communicate with clarity and warmth in person, on the phone and in writing
· Manage our patient appointments
· Keep accurate patient records
· Educate our patients on regular and post-op dental care and financial matters
· Liaise with clinic stakeholders
Requirements
1. Friendly and helpful by nature
2. Speaks and writes well in English
3. Good phone skills
4. Uses computers and tablets with confidence and ease
5. Able to prioritise and focus in a fast-paced environment
6. Must work in shifts including evenings and Saturdays
7. Training is provided but past relevant work experience preferred
Package
44-hour work week spread over 5.5 days. You work in shifts, including evening sessions which end at 9pm. You must be able to work on Saturdays till 6pm.
All Sundays and public holidays are rest days.
Shift allowances given for evening and Saturday sessions after confirmation.
