about the job
- Support purchasing of engineering equipment / material for build or internal evaluation
- Liaising with external vendors, raising shopping carts, tracking the goods received
- Support shipment, including the necessary documentation preparation.
- Prepare documentation needed for ECN/ECR related tasks
- Ensure the shopping cart, shipment workflow / process are well documented
skills & experience required
- Diploma / Higher NITEC in Mechatronics / Electromechanical / Mechanical / Manufacturing / Electrical Engineering
- Knowledge in SAP Shopping Carts, PLM, especially BOM, Document, ECR/ECO will be an advantage
- Able to read basic engineering drawings
- Plus if can commence immediately or within 2 weeks notice
- Training given to candidate with no experience
- Willing to work around Jurong East MRT area
