As a Finance Specialist in GDC APAC, Finance division, you will play a key role in developing models and processes to manage and control the Budget, Reporting and Forecast in P/ L, Capital expenditure and Sales performanceof our Data Center business. You will provide analytical insights to the business management and finance leadership team and assist with financial reporting to Group level and/or third-party capital investors.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Driving Annual/ Mid-term(10 years) Budgeting exercise and business monitoring for monthly reporting processes in NTT Data inc. Group and Business Management team of GDC Global team.
- Providing insightful reports to explain monthly and quarterly variances between actual performance and planned performance.
- Identifying and driving process improvement initiatives, including creating standard and ad-hoc reports and templates.
- Standardizing, streamlining, and prioritizing improvements to increase the reliability and efficiency of reporting and processes.
- Continuously evaluating internal controls and improving them through audits and remediation of deficiencies.
- Providing new Data Center development proposals and recommending improvements for operated Data Center assets, including scoping documents for long-term cash flow plans (10-15 years) in APAC countries + India, while cooperating with regional in-country teams.
- Responsible for effective control of daily procurement activities such as sourcing, vendor management and purchasing.
- Developing policies related to Data Centers capacity wholesale transactions between Group affiliates and/or third-party partners, coordinating with Group affiliates, while considering the requirements of transfer pricing and international taxation.
- Developing and maintaining service ordering processes/systems (Opportunity to Quote, Order to Bill) between Group affiliates and/or third-party partners along with Data Centers capacity wholesale model.
- Assisting in developing asset management and leasing strategies for Data Center assets, and preparing annual budgets for the asset holding business.
- Conducting market trend research and identifying investment opportunities while reviewing and compiling regional market data and asset performance financials that may impact NTT's future investment returns.
Additional Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in any discipline
- More than 3years experiences in Finance/ Budget monitoring/ Asset management/ International taxation is preferred.
