- Manage and coordinate staff leave requests, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.
- Administer and oversee medical leave policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain staff rosters for all clinic outlets, optimizing staffing levels to meet patient demand.
- Monitor and address any manpower issues, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Collaborate with department heads to implement operational improvements and streamline workflows.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, including infection control measures.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stock control of medical supplies and equipment.
- Act as a liaison between clinic management and staff, facilitating effective communication and resolving conflicts as needed.
- Prepare and analyse operational reports to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Min Diploma in any courses
- Min 3 to 4 years of clinic manager experience
