Our client is from Law firm. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Senior/Marketing Specialist to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Cnetral.
Duties:
- Oversea both online and traditional marketing efforts, covering SEO/SEM, database marketing, and social media presence and content.
- Handle the firm's involvement in events, conferences, and seminars.
- Maintain a detailed database of clients, prospects, and referral sources.
- Collaborate with Partners on market research and analysis to identify business prospects and potential clients.
- Partner with the IT department to assess emerging technologies.
- Work closely with Partners and Department Heads to develop and execute marketing plans and strategies.
- Create and manage marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and website content.
- Assist in crafting proposals, presentations, intelligence reports, legal publications, submissions, pitch documents, and other marketing materials.
- Track and assess the firm's marketing efforts and results.
- Generate internal publications and coordinate events to enhance staff engagement.
- Provide support for diverse marketing initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Marketing/Communications or a similar relevant discipline from a recognized institution
- Experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing database and social media will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Wordpress etc.) will be an added advantage
