Summary:
The Business Analyst will be responsible for leveraging advanced analytics to provide strategic and operational support to the business management team. This role requires a high level of proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, and other advanced analytics tools to create insightful dashboards and reports that drive decision-making processes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain advanced analytics models and dashboards using Excel and PowerBI.
- Analyze business processes and design solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Dashboard Business to drive effective decision making
- Manage and oversee the business management process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven insights.
- Provide training and support to users on analytics tools and dashboards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in business analytics and dashboarding capabilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Software or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, and other analytics tools.
- Experience in business process management and design.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey insights to stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Good-to-have:
- Ability to Create Automation tools on MS 365 across all applications
- Certification in business analytics or related fields.
- Experience with business process management software, such as SAP Signavio or similar tools.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with data-driven process improvement and automation strategies.
