Salary: $3,000 - $5,000 (Depending on experience)
Working Hours: 8.30 am to 6 pm
Working Days: Monday to Friday

Job Descriptions:
- Handle account work (e.g. preparation of Delivery Order / Invoice, bank reconciliation, quarterly GST submission, management reporting, and more)
- Prepare monthly Ageing report (SOA), monitoring and follow up closely on customer overdue account & debt collection, send reminder
- Filing all financial files, records and relevant documents
- Proposed and implement suitable financial policies and procedures
- Liaise with auditor for annual audit, tax agent and company sectary for any statutory filing
- Prepare and submit claims for project
- Maintenance & Administration of company databases, record and filing work
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by account & Admin team, and etc.
Requirements:
- Qualification in Finance, Accounting, ACCA, or a Professional Accountancy Certification.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of applicable professional experience.
- Capable of overseeing, advising, and guiding colleagues.
- Initiative-driven, capable of both independent work and collaborative teamwork.
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and proficient in computer skills, particularly in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Adaptable and effective in a dynamic work setting.
