Key Responsibilities
Client Interaction:
- Listen actively to understand their preferences and requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Product Assistance:
- Provide information about our luxury golf & lifestyle apparel products.
- Help clients find the perfect fit and style.
Sales Support:
- Assist Senior Sales Executives in closing deals.
- Learn effective sales techniques and upselling strategies.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.
- Suggest complementary products to enhance the customer's purchase experience.
Boutique Presentation:
- Maintain a tidy and inviting boutique environment.
- Participate in visual merchandising efforts and follow the VM’s guidelines.
- Training and Learning.
- Attend product training sessions.
- Stay updated on new arrivals and trends.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Enthusiastic and customer-focused attitude.
- Proactive and self-motivated individual.
- Patience, adaptability and flexibility.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Great team player attitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Interest in golf and luxury fashion.
- Minimum 1-year relevant experience.
