Job Description
- Ensure smooth service flow by taking guest food and beverage orders, repeat customer orders
- Ensure that the service provided is of the highest quality so that guests always feel welcome
- Ensure the restaurant is clean and tidy at all times
- Ensure all workstations are stocked and ready
- Ensure all soiled dishes are cleared from the station
- Prepare and turn tables for next guests
- Assist Team Leader/Branch Manager with daily operations
Job Requirement
- Good communication skills and teamwork spirit
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Always serve guests with a warm smile
