JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Greet and engage with travellers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their inquiries and providing information about available services
· Assist and guide travellers with the redemption of drinks at the robotic bartender
· Kept updated on the ongoing redemption mechanics and proactively engage with travellers to boost redemption rates
· Resolve travellers concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
· Monitor and maintain healthy inventory levels for all products related to the robotic bartender
· Perform daily housekeeping and maintain cleanliness of the robotic bartender and work environment
· Assist with picking, packing and deliveries of stocks as required
· Stay informed on duty-free allowances, age restrictions, and relevant regulations
· Be the company’s front-line ambassador to uphold company’s branding and image.
. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Basic proficiency and familiarity with technology
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with travellers effectively
· Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
· Multilingual skills will be an added advantage to assist international travellers
· Ability to stand for extended periods
. Able to commit to rotating shift hours, including weekends and public holidays
