LOGISTICS (SHIPPING) COORDINATOR

MORE INFORMATION:

• Working Location: Orchard (near Botanic Garden)
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday (9 AM – 6 PM)
• Benefits (on top of basic): Phone Allowance + Variable Bonus

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Involved in entire processes of Shipping (Singapore to Overseas & Overseas to Singapore) for the Documentations, Parcels, Baggage/ Luggage, Crates, etc. handling:

1. Approval & Sign-Off Processes
2. Tracking
3. Documentations
4. Shipping related Liaison Matters
5. Movements of Items into the Storage, &
6. Storage Area Management.

• Other relevant duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of Shipping Coordinator (or Logistics Admin) working experiences
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, and Excel, especially)
• Able to start work immediately or on short notice
