Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the front-of-house and back-of-house teams
- Handle shift duties to ensure seamless operational transitions
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times
- Assist in recruitment, training, and development of staff to uphold our standard of excellence
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver excellence in every interaction
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock rotation to minimize waste and maximize profitability
- Monitor food quality and presentation to uphold our commitment to excellence
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for business growth and profitability
- Assume managerial responsiblities in the absence of the Restaurant Manager
- Ad adhoc duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager
Requirements:
- At least 3 years in experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a restaurant environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage competing priorities effectively
- Flexibility to work split shift, weekends, and holidays as required.
