We are looking for an HR Executive to manage our company's recruitment, learning and development, and employee performance initiatives. Your responsibilities as an HR Executive will involve developing referral programs, updating HR policies, and monitoring our hiring processes. To be effective in this capacity, you should have substantial experience working in Human Resources departments and a good understanding of labor laws. Finally, you will make strategic decisions for our company's hiring, development, and retention of qualified workers.
Responsibilities
- Create benefit and compensation plans.
- Implement performance review procedures (e.g., quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations).
- Develop fair HR policies and make sure staff members are aware of and abide by them.
- Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
- Evaluate the need for training and organize all staff members' learning and development activities.
- Keep an eye on the HR division's spending.
- Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues.
- Manage employees’ grievances.
- Create and run referral bonus programs.
- Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software (including HRIS and ATS).
- Measure employee retention and turnover rates.
- Manage the HR department's day-to-day activities.
