Duties
- Provide administrative support to the Architecture Manager.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Manage departmental records and documents.
- Assist in creating reports and presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of store layouts and floor plans.
- Act as a liaison for store planning inquiries.
- Facilitate communication between departments involved in store planning.
- Ensure timely sharing of information through various channels.
- Maintain databases related to store planning activities.
- Keep store planning documents up to date.
