Senior Manager, Social Media Strategy

The Senior Manager for Social Media Strategy is the driving force behind our digital presence. This individual is tasked with developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy across various platforms, including TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. Key responsibilities include crafting innovative content, fostering engagement, analysing metrics, and driving growth.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategy Development

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
  • Identify and capitalise on emerging trends and opportunities in the digital landscape.
  • Craft innovative content strategies tailored to each platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Content Creation and Management

  • Create engaging and impactful content across social media platforms, including visuals, videos, and written copy.
  • Maintain brand consistency and voice across all social media channels.
  • Manage and curate content calendars, ensuring timely and relevant postings.

Engagement and Community Building

  • Foster meaningful connections with our audience through active engagement and interaction.
  • Cultivate a sense of community and brand loyalty among followers.
  • Monitor and respond to audience feedback, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Track and analyse key social media metrics to measure performance and effectiveness of strategies.
  • Generate regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and strategy refinement.

Innovation and Adaptation

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media marketing.
  • Continuously innovate and experiment with new content formats and engagement tactics.

Qualifications and Abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven track record of at least 3 years in social media management, with a focus on strategy development and execution.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
  • Exceptional creativity and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools, analytics platforms, and social media management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for driving growth and engagement through social media.
