Job Description & Requirements
- Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures.
- Manage heating and plumbing systems to guarantee functionality.
- Plan and schedule repairs.

- Ensure given tasks complete within given timeline.
- Liase with suppliers, contractors and customers on site installation job.
- Requirement
- Help develop and implement the budget for the maintenance department.
- Maintain the inventory records for equipment and supplies
- Able to Understand and interpret Electrical and/or Mechanical Drawings/Diagrams.
- Good mechanical knowledge, strong preventive maintenance knowledge, good project implementation leadership.
- Demonstrate good trouble shooting and analytical skills Independently.
- Proficient in English and communication skills, Strong leadership skills, Driven with Strong commitment for success.
Education and Experance Requirements :
- Min. NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Technical certificate in Electrical or Mechanical or Engineering or any bachelor degree .
- Preferably with min. 1-2 years’ relevant work experience in hands on maintenance experience in chemical industry.
- Hands on experience in E & I, production line design and commissioning would be an advantage.
- Good knowledge in mechanical, process control safety standards.
