Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct lectures, tutorials, practical and laboratory sessions for full-time and part-time students
- Plan, review, design and develop course/subject materials.
- Manage projects and supervise students’ work internship.
- Perform collaboration with industry to enhance students’ learning via local/ overseas study trips and alumni partnership program
Job Requirements:
- Qualification in Environmental Science/Engineering, Sustainability, Architecture, or Built Environment related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in Architectural / Mechanical / Quantity Surveyor / Environmental Design consultancy firm.
- Proficiency in LCA software tools (e.g., one-click LCA, openLCA) and data analysis software for carbon tracking and reporting relevant to built environment.
- Strong understanding of life cycle assessment methodologies, environmental impact metrics, carbon emissions, energy management, and sustainability principles.
- Familiarity with relevant green building certifications (e.g., Greenmark, LEED, BREEAM) and sustainability certifications and frameworks (e.g., ISO 14001, GRI, CDP). The certification of GMAP, LEED, WELL, EDGE, GRI Certified Sustainability Professional will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of construction materials, building systems, and sustainable design principles. The skills certification in Building Information Modelling/Management will be an added advantage.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and written and verbal communication abilities to share knowledge and interact with youth
