Responsibilities:

  • Manages the shipping workflow and other warehouse operations including preparation of delivery to customers.
  • Maintains the daily shipping and receiving schedule.
  • Manages warehouse inventory and maintains database.
  • Performs Warehouse admin duties.
  • Works closely with the customer service team to resolve issues pertaining to goods receipt and issue.
  • Collaborates with warehouse & customer service personnel.
  • Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned


Requirements:

  • Min. N/O Level, Nitec & above in any field of study
  • Min. 1-2 years of warehouse administrative or shipping coordination work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. excel, word)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to cope with working in a fast pace environment
  • Team player who is service-oriented and with a positive attitude
