MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Sales Executive holds direct responsibility for project-related sales activities.
- They must effectively manage and monitor the following key performance indicators:
- Manage, develop, and motivate the sales channels in Singapore to achieve company objectives and strategy.
- Achieve monthly and year-to-date sales and profit targets by account.
- Ensure timely follow-up and reporting of all sales inquiries.
- Identify new business opportunities and oversee the successful development and launch of new product initiatives.
- Collaborate with management to establish pricing levels and strategies.
- Maintain a consistent flow of new business activity while nurturing and expanding existing business relationships.
- Provide accurate sales and budget forecasts.
- Develop and implement annual business plans, regularly updating them on a monthly basis.
- Monitor and report on market trends and competitor activity.
- Responsively address the needs of both external and internal customers, swiftly resolving any issues or concerns in a professional manner.
- Display strategic thinking skills to cultivate business development in untapped areas.
- Deliver persuasive presentations to groups of decision-makers across various segments.
- Provide market intelligence, input on products and solutions, and valuable feedback to the R&D teams at headquarters.
- Ensure timely, thorough, and appropriate management reporting as per corporate expectations.
- Represent the company diligently and professionally in all interactions with customers, local government regulations, and external stakeholders.
