Position Overview: We're seeking a dynamic individual to lead our Operations and Retail team in our organization, specializing in character-based and IP-based products and services. This pivotal role is instrumental in elevating our brand identity, fostering customer interactions, and driving business growth.
Job Responsibilities:
Operations:
- Assist Management team in overseeing Operations and Retail team in terms of individual performance, adherence to procedures and company policies.
- Schedule working hours of ground staff for events and pop-up store.
- Communicate closely with appointed agencies, printers and external vendors and ensure project timelines are met.
- Enhance profitability, productivity, and efficiency throughout the company's event operations.
- Evaluate the results of the event operations.
- Assist in fixtures & inventory stock-taking and event preparation in the warehouse.
- Able to work on weekends/PH and late hours when there is an event launch or as required.
- Carry out administrative tasks as assigned.
Business Development:
- Prepare business action plans and strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Research online & visit offline events and reach out to potential B2B prospects.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and potential B2B partners and vendors.
- Collaborate with the Management team to identify new business and grow relationships that assist in revenue generation.
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Event Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in managing events/retail or at least 2 years of experience in business development/operations.
- Team player who has an eye for detail.
- Excellent time management abilities.
- Great communicator.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Level of entry financial acumen.
- Ability to handle pressure, multi-task and work within tight schedules and deadlines.
