We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outdoor Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outdoor Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our home furnishing fabrics, wallcoverings, leather, and architectural hardware to prospective clients. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and develop a target list of prospects.
- Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing suitable product recommendations.
- Present product features, benefits, and pricing to clients in a persuasive manner, highlighting the value proposition and differentiators of our offerings.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and samples to potential customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and pricing initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by consistently meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and other documentation as required by management.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our product line, including product specifications, features, and applications.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and issues.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and best sales practices through continuous learning and professional development.
