The Job:
- Assist to ensure that warehouse operations is efficient in meeting customers' service requirements
- Make recommendations on process / service improvements
- Monitor and manage vendor performance to support operations in meeting customers' service requirements. Highlight consistent, poor vendor performance and make appropriate recommendations
- Conduct training and development of Logistics Assistants to meet operational, safety and security requirements.
- Ensure that operations staffs are competent, qualified and exercise proper care when they handle customer supplied equipment under their charge
- Ensure that inventories in the warehouses are properly managed and accounted for during inbound, storage and outbound processes
- Ensure that periodic cycle counts and stock-takes are carried out systematically according to the planned schedule
The Requirements:
- Min Diploma/ Degree with min 2-3 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
