PURPOSE:
- Manage day to day supply chain operational activities for Spares
- To source, plan, procure and manage spares to support all products to achieve planned levels of Customer Satisfaction with a minimized total cost.
- To coordinate all spares inventory planning related activities within APO/GCO OpCos (ALC as well as non-ALC OpCos).
RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:
- Support stock Diversion from ALC or among Opcos – Support PO and DO creation, work with Buyer and selling opCos and pricing team, etc
- Weekly replenishment planning for items
- Supersession Maintenance and PO revision (Daily)
- Follow up with Supplier on FOB schedule as well as expedite for delivery if necessary, as per hub Opcos request
- Support PO and DO creation for drop ship as well as resolve exception alerts so that AP invoice can be generated
- Handle simple / adhoc enquiry from both hub and non-hub OpCos (Need to liaise with Supplier and OpCos)
- Support on any ad hoc request
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications, skills and experiences:
- Degree or Diploma preferably in a numerical capacity, like Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
- 1 to 2 years experience in Supply Chain Management, proven analytical ability preferred
- Experience in Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
- Oracle knowledge – systems experience
- Sound knowledge of Supply Chain processes and procedures
- Experience and demonstrable evidence of negotiating successfully with a wide range of people interfaces.
- Good written & oral communication skills
- Self-reliant person who enjoys working independently, but also a team player
