Job Description:
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers to promote both existing and new products.
- Utilize various methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, and physical site visits to identify potential clients.
- Understand customers' needs and recognize sales opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the presales team to coordinate meetings with qualified prospects.
- Efficiently handle direct inquiries from prospects, providing necessary information and arranging meetings as required.
- Participate in training sessions to gain comprehensive knowledge of our ERP systems and their features.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects, nurturing relationships and guiding them through the sales funnel.
Requirements:
- Education: Any tertiary level (Poly / ITE / University).
- Experience in the same industry is not mandatory, but a minimum of 1 year of sales experience is required.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the IT or software industry.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and their advantages for businesses.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
