PURCHASING EXECUTIVE

Paul Singapore Pte. Ltd.

Responsibilities:


Purchasing -

  • · Handle all purchasing activities
  • · Review and implement policies, procedures and internal controls for procurement activities
  • Responsible for Order Placement Timing, Supply & Demand Alignment, Material replenishment and Supplier Performance
  • Continuously monitoring, evaluating and improving supplier performance
  • Source the most cost-effective material for the company
  • Stock level projection
  • Purchasing budget control.
  • Monitor delivery times to ensure timely delivery
  • Managing the procurement suppliers’ relationships for the Company
  • Regular negotiations with suppliers on purchasing prices
  • Resolve disputes and claims with vendors and suppliers.
  • Prepare Monthly or Weekly purchase & inventory report
  • Analysis of sales forecast accuracy, stock movement and aging stock
  • Liaise with finance department with regards to cycle count and inventory reconciliation
  • Work closely with the sales team to support with daily B2B customers invoicing.
  • Ensure Monthly closing report is completed within deadline (Inventory report for all outlet & warehouse)
  • Handle unforeseen situation related to inventory and stock matters in all outlets, work closely and provide support to operation outlet team in all restaurant activities
  • Organize Monthly stock take activities on selected outlet
  • Airport pass application for delivery suppliers
  • Other ad-hoc duties when required


Logistic (Import/Export and Delivery Operations) –

  • Planning Shipment from overseas suppliers
  • Ensure timely & accurate arrival of shipment through close liaison with 3PL, freight forwarder supplier & distribution.
  • Prepare and check all shipping documents such as B/L, packing list, certificate of origin etc. to ensure that they are complete and comply with AVA import and export rules and regulations
  • Coordinate AVA inspection when shipment arrive at warehouse
  • Book cargo space and purchase insurance for shipments
  • Liaise with Freight Forwarder, transportation, etc. to ensure timely clearance and delivery of shipments
  • Import & export arrangements
  • Manage the delivery and logistic team in the Company
  • Manage and plan regular vehicle maintenance to ensure minimal disruption to delivery operations
  • Other ad-hoc duties when required


Requirements:

  • Diploma in related field preferred
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Advantage for candidate with experience from F&B industry
