Gravitas is partnering with one of the leading providers in the LIFE space to search for a Policy Service Executive.
This is a 1 year contract position with extensive benefits and possible conversion.
The role of this candidate is integral to the team, with responsibilities including processing policy transactions independently whilst ensuring no errors, delivering swift customer service within established deadlines. The individual will be tasked with problem-solving on a day-to-day basis, presenting viable solutions for review by management, also providing high-level customer service is essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Address enquiries from both internal and external partners.
- Efficiently process and handle policy serving transactions.
- Maintain regulatory compliance for all policies, carrying out necessary checks and adhering to standards.
Requirements:
- Possess a diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in insurance operations within the insurance industry.
- A background in LIFE insurance
