Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the handling of complete sets of import and export documents.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding air and sea transportation, providing quotations via telephone or email.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and transactions.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external parties to ensure a clear understanding of different service requirements.
- Familiarity with shipping acknowledgments, including INCOTERMS.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Able to commence work on short notice.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
- Proactive, positive attitude, and ability to work under pressure.
