Customer Services Executive (Airfreight/ East side)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the handling of complete sets of import and export documents.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding air and sea transportation, providing quotations via telephone or email.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and transactions.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external parties to ensure a clear understanding of different service requirements.
  • Familiarity with shipping acknowledgments, including INCOTERMS.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Able to commence work on short notice.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Proactive, positive attitude, and ability to work under pressure.
