Accounts Assistant / Executive
Location: Gul Crescent [Company Transport @ Chinese Garden, Lakeside, Boon Lay]
Working Hours: 8.15am - 5.45pm
Working Days: 5 Days [Monday - Friday]
Salary : $2000 - $2500
The incumbent is tasked to provide administrative support to the Accounts (Manager) in the day-to-day accounting functions of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Attend to and liaise with customers in relation to billing enquiries
- Invoice processing and provision of supporting documents to customers
- Computation of sales commission payable to salesperson on a monthly basis
- Assist in credit control and debt collection
- Other ad-hoc accounting functions assigned
Requirement:
- Higher Nitec / Diploma in Business / Accountancy
- At least 2 years of relevant hands-on experience
