-Develop and maintain business intelligence solutions to provide actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making for operational leaders
- Support go-to-market motion of both emerging products and exisitng solutions via creation of new operational processes or direct execution of new initiatives to generate positive impact on our customers' operations
- Identify and implement new processes and improvement opportunities to maximize Operations (such as Customer Success, Customer Onboarding or Support) and Operations Teams productivity based on analysis
- Perform deep dive analyses and ongoing reporting of operating metrics at segment/ product level providing insights to leadership of the trajectory of the business and testing new hypotheses to accerate growth
-Assess new business requirements, designing and communicating new operating procedures to relevant stakeholders including documentation, tools and processes
- Implement/ Facilitate operations enablement efforts, such as training and developing operational collateral, to support any teams that interact directly with customers as part of their day to day functions (sales, onbaording, customer success, support, etc)
