Duties & Responsibilities
· Handle day-to-day accounting and administrative duties.
· To issue sales quotation, purchase order, delivery note and sales invoice.
· To issue cheque payment, Telegraph transfer and online payment via internet banking.
· To handle partial/full set of accounts for small or dormant entity.
· To prepare XBRL file.
· Assist in prepare engagement letter.
· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned time to time.
Job Requirements
· Possess a LCCI or Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
· Open to candidates with or without relevant working experience
· Able to multi-task and work under pressure to meet specific timelines
· Possess good communication and excellent interpersonal skills
· Meticulous and organised individual with strong initiatives
· Proactive in problem-solving
· Positive working attitude and willingness to learn
· Accounting software hands-on knowledge will be an added advantage
