Purpose of the role:
- Supports Head of Sales B2C in driving the strategic distribution development for Southeast Asia.
- Develops and maintains an up-to-date Regional Distribution Master Plan.
- Searches for and evaluates new retail locations according to the distribution strategy.
- Manages a network of real estate agents or other relevant distribution contacts.
- Supports Sales team in negotiations for new locations and lease renewals.
- Collaborates with Retail Architecture team in providing feedback on store design, layout, furniture usage, cost and timeline from an operational & business perspective.
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role within an B2C industry, preferably in a fashion/ luxury retail environment.
- Experience in lease administration or distribution management
- Strong business acumen, particularly in process reliability and cost sensitivity
- Excellent English and local language proficiency and communication skills.
- Solid understanding and experience in distribution, real estate & retail partnership models
- Multicultural work experience and high level of social intelligence, intercultural sensitivity
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Proactive problem solver with ability to manage change effectively
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Willingness to travel in the assigned area up to 30% of working time
