Job Description
As a Warehouse Operator for golf equipments, you will play a crucial role in managing the flow of products within our company. Your responsibilities will include handling inventory, repacking items, ensuring efficient distribution, and conducting stock takes. Here are the key duties:
Distribution and Quality Control:
- Receive incoming shipments of products and verify the accuracy of quantities and product descriptions.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage or defects.
- Repack items as needed for distribution and allocation.
- Organize and prioritize shipments.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery to retail stores.
Stock Take and Inventory Management:
- Organize and maintain inventory storage areas to ensure efficient use of space and easy access to products.
- Conduct regular stock takes to reconcile physical inventory with records.
- Update inventory systems accurately in the warehouse management system to reflect stock movements, including receipts, transfers, and adjustments.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to complete orders accurately and meet customer expectations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and repack.
- Familiarity with inventory management software (a plus).
- Great team player attitude.
