Job Description
- Handle daily processing and delivery co-ordination
- Communicate and follow up with customers on their delivery status
- Liaise with customers and vendors
- To provide support to customers in order to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and retention
- Work closely with internal operations to meet customers’ requirements
- Ensure prompt arrangement of deliveries
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 – 4 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in logistics service
